Unplug and enable the roaster oven to cool before cleaning. In hot soapy water, wash the lid, insert pan, and rack. For hard, baked-on food, add hot soapy water to the pan and allow it to soak before scouring with a nylon scrubbing pad. Use a damp cloth or sponge to clean the interior and exterior surfaces of the roaster. Dry all pieces thoroughly before reassembling.
To prevent discoloration, do not clean any components of this portable oven in the dishwasher.
